terms of service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.- I reserve the right to decline any commission.
- Commissions are digital files only, meaning no shipping of physical goods will take place.
- Prices are listed in USD, and payment will be sent via Paypal invoice. You'll receive this invoice only after I've contacted you to confirm your order.
- Payment must be completed before I start working on a commission. Exceptions can be made on orders that exceed 200 USD, in which case you can choose to pay 50% upfront, and pay the rest after the second revision.
- Prices listed are for personal use only, meaning you can't use them for commercial purposes.
- Commercial work, such as merchandise or any type of redistribution, must be discussed beforehand and will be priced differently depending on its intended use.
- Refunds can only be done before you've received the sketch for your commission.
- If you have a deadline for your commission, please tell me when making your request so I can take it into consideration.
- Depending on the date, especially if it's a rushed order, an extra fee might be included.
- You're not allowed to trace, edit, resell or claim credit over a commission, unless previously agreed upon.
- Commissioned work might be posted on my social media, though I don't always do. If you absolutely need to keep it private, or want to keep it anonymous, please let me know.
- You're also more than welcome to post your commission on your social media! If you do, credit is appreciated ♥
process
- Please expect a turnaround time of 2-5 weeks, depending on the complexity and how many commissions I'm working on at the time.
- First you will receive a sketch for revision, where we can make changes to the drawing if needed.
- Upon approval of the sketch, I'll start working on the lineart and base colors, and you'll receive the flat color version for a second revision. Here we can make color adjustments and other minor changes.
- I will then start working on the finishing touches (shading, line coloring) and send you the final files (at least one with my signature and one without it) via email or Google Drive. No changes can be made at this point, so please make sure to suggest them during the 2 previous revisions!

- All listed prices are subject to change.
- Prices are in USD and are only for personal use.
- You can ask for a max of 3 characters in one picture. This includes pets, pokemon, and other simple/small characters (such as Toads, Koroks, Lumas, etc).
- Please make sure to include visual references when requesting a commission.
- Free background types include solid colors, simple patterns, or transparent backgrounds. Anything more complex than that must be discussed beforehand and might include an extra fee.
- If you need the file to have a specific size, or have a minimum requirement for the dimensions (for printing purposes or to be used inside a social media banner, for example), please let me know so I take it into consideration.
- An extra fee might be included if a character's design is too complex (lots of accessories and details), or if you'd like me to do character/outfit design.
- I'm better at drawing feminine looking characters, so please be aware of that while commissioning me!
